SFIG Submits Comments to Senate Banking Committee Request for Proposals to Foster Economic Growth

On April 14th, 2017, SFIG submitted comments to the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, & Urban Affairs in response to its request for "legislative proposals to increase economic growth and allow consumers, market participants, and financial companies to better participate in the economy”.

This document provides a comprehensive review of those legislative and regulatory reforms on which the industry is united, and includes a discussion of issues where consensus has not yet been reached among SFIG members.
