SFIG Holds Joint Trade LIBOR Forum This Morning

This morning, the joint trade LIBOR Forum, hosted by SFIG, CREFC, LSTA, and SIFMA, in New York City drew in over 125 attendees. This closed-door program included a series of three roundtable sessions addressing the transition from LIBOR to an alternative rate. These three distinct roundtables covered Loan Collateral, Securitization Contracts, and Derivatives. The detailed discussions covered a lot of ground regarding issues that need to be addressed around the LIBOR transition. We look forward to more joint trade events in the coming months, allowing the entire breadth of the securitization industry to continue to tackle key issues related to LIBOR.
