Fitch Ratings Launches Back-to-Work Initiative

Fitch Ratings has introduced a new program, called Fitch CreditPath, a talent development program to provide financial services professionals who have taken an extended break from their careers with a supported transition back to the workforce. The centerpiece of the program is a ten-week, paid internship focused on credit analysis. This program offers professionals, especially women, an opportunity to re-enter the workforce after taking an extended break from their careers for family commitments or other personal reasons. The program will be held at Fitch's U.S. Headquarters in New York City from September 25 through December 8, 2017. Space is limited, and candidates will be evaluated on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.
